Pastor’s Update

Pastor’s Update

Hello, church family!  We love you, we miss you, and we are praying for you!  We wanted to give you a quick update on a few things.

First, we are now enjoying having folks on campus for our Sunday 10 a.m. service.  We wanted to invite those who are ready to join us back on campus.  Here are a few things to know:

  • There is room for you, but please register if you want to join us in person.  This helps us plan for you and our other church families each week.  You can register on the GLBC App or at grovelevel.org.  (If you need to register by phone, call 706-259-8519.)
  • To get a glimpse of what to expect when you arrive, view this link if you have not already.  https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=296716121356766.  Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get seated.
  • The live broadcast will continue to be available on the GLBC appwebsite and Grove Level Facebook page.  We will also broadcast on WDNN (channel 10 on most cable providers) at 4 p.m. each Sunday.
  • Please register EACH WEEK that you plan to attend, because a lot of folks are traveling so we do not carry over the registrations from week to week.

Second, we want to stay connected with you.  One way to stay connected is by being part of an online Connect Group.  If you are not already part of a Connect Group or your Connect Group is not meeting online, you can text “connect” to 706-251-8093.  You can ask us to give you information about a Connect Group, and we will get that information to you.  You can also use this option to give us prayer requests, request information, or reach out for any other reason.  If you need to call us, use 706-259-8519.

Finally, these are strange days in our nation.  All of us are dealing with unique and unusual stress and struggles.  Remember this: our God is still God!  Let’s join our hearts together in prayer for revival in THE Church (starting with Grove Level Baptist) and for a spiritual awakening to sweep our land.  As we are praying, we must continue to share Jesus with those who do not yet know our Savior.  As the Psalmist wrote, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.  Therefore we will not fear…”  (Psalm 46:1-2a)

God bless you!  God loves you!  We love you, too!
